If due to tight budgets your library is unable to purchase a copy of "River of Hope," Planert Creek Press will donate a copy to your library. All we ask is that you cover the $3 shipping cost if you are able.

Why are we doing this?

One of the main places Kathy Tank turned to for information about her neurological problem was the public library. Her first glimmer of hope was found in a book she got through interlibrary loan.

Unfortunately, the collections were limited

As Kathy continued her research, she located only a few good books related to her illness. They weren't easy to find and she wished she had discovered them sooner. As a way to help others in similar situations, Kathy bought extra copies of the books she felt were valuable and donated them to her public library.

We want to make it easy to add this book to your library's collection

We want your patrons to have easy access to the information provided in "River of Hope." Our goal is to get a copy into at least one library in every state. We realize that at this time many libraries have limited budgets for acquisitions. That's why we decided to offer them free of charge to libraries that may otherwise be unable to purchase them.

Libraries have always been important to Kathy and David

Kathy worked for a short time as a library aid and David served for several years as the communications director for a library system.

We recognize and appreciate the valuable service provided by public libraries. This is one way that we can help support them.
